Information submitted through this website may include name, mobile number, email, address, relation details, Gotram, accommodation dates and identity information where required for the guest register. This information is used for room booking, pilgrim assistance, donation or seva records, receipts, transaction verification, communication and internal administration. Aadhaar or other identity information, when collected for accommodation purposes, is not displayed publicly. Payment card, bank login or UPI credentials entered on a payment gateway checkout are handled by the payment service provider and are not stored by this ERP. The ERP may retain payment identifiers, transaction references and payment status for verification and receipt records. Access to administrative records is restricted to authorised users. Reasonable operational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Visitors may contact the Satram office for correction of inaccurate contact information or for questions regarding the handling of their data.
