Use of this website is subject to these operational terms. Room availability shown online is indicative until a booking request is reviewed and approved by reception. Submission of a booking request does not by itself guarantee allotment. Final room or bed assignment, stay period, tariff, guest-register requirements and check-in or check-out decisions remain subject to Satram administration and actual availability. Donors should select the intended donation or seva head carefully and provide accurate donor, service-date and contact details. Online payment success is recognised by the ERP only after server-side payment verification. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false identity or payment information, or interfere with the booking, donation or administration system. Information, tariffs, seva amounts, facilities and policies may be updated by the Satram administration. For any conflict between an online entry and an approved office record, the verified ERP or office record will be used for operational processing.
